SHIPPING LOCATIONS & TAXES
We provide shipping domestically and internationally. Please note, taxes and duties are additional charges not covered by our store. It is the customer's responsibility to manage these costs. For assistance in estimating these charges prior to purchase, feel free to contact us.
FREE SHIPPING
We provide free shipping for orders $50+ in the USA at checkout.
SHIPPING TIMES
All our products are custom-made upon order. Expect a manufacturing time of 3 to 5 days, followed by a shipping duration of 3 to 5 business days.
SHIPPING SERVICES
We offer a selection of shipping methods, including standard and expedited options on some items. You can view the specifics and estimated delivery times at checkout.
TRACKING ORDERS
After your purchase, you'll receive a tracking link via email as soon as your parcel is on its way, enabling you to monitor its journey in real-time. For orders with multiple items, more than one tracking information will be provided as products may be shipped from different print shops.
REFUND QUERIES
WHAT'S THE REFUND POLICY?
We guarantee a smooth refund process through SEEL for customers who select "Return to SEEL" insurance at checkout. You're eligible to request an easy refund within 7 days of receiving your order for various reasons, including items not fitting, dissatisfaction, or delayed delivery. INITIATING A RETURN
To begin the return procedure, visit the SEEL Resolution Center. Make sure the items are unused and retain their original packaging. SEEL takes care of the return shipping costs.
REFUND TIMING
Once processed, refunds take up to 5 business days to be issued and an additional 5 to 7 business days to reflect on your original payment method.
